HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER DURING THE PROJECT?

I keep things simple and organized:

we’ll communicate mainly by email, Loom videos, and a shared Google Doc that tracks our progress.

Some packages also include strategy calls to clarify your needs and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward. This way, everything stays clear and nothing gets lost.

CAN YOU JUST FIX ONE SMALL THING FOR ME?

Yes, with a catch.

If it’s truly a quick fix, I can often handle it within my Audit service by sharing how I'd fix it and you can go ahead and implement the fix for yourself.

For anything bigger, we’ll look at a Refresh or Overhaul to make sure the fix actually works smoothly within your whole system.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes. You can choose to pay in full or split payments into a deposit + balance. For larger projects, extended payment options may be available — just ask.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME / MY BUSINESS?

To get started, I’ll need two things:

Access — most platforms allow you to create an admin login for me.
Info — filling out my inquiry form and sharing any requested content, logins, or brand assets.

That’s it! I’ll guide you step by step so you know exactly what’s needed and when.

CAN I ASK FOR SUPPORT AFTER OUR PROJECT IS DONE?

Yes. Most packages include a set number of revisions during the project to make sure everything feels right.
