Once you book, you’ll receive a welcome email with a questionnaire to define your goals. We’ll schedule our first strategy call, and I’ll take it from there.

How do I know if my website needs a refresh?

Will I still be able to edit my website after the refresh?

Yes! I’ll ensure you can make basic edits and updates after our work is done.

What if I need more than 5 pages updated?

Additional pages can be optimised for an extra fee—let’s chat about what you need!

• Timeline: 5 Business Day from the first strategy call (pending timely feedback).

• Revisions: 2 rounds of minor revisions included.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of this service, refunds are not available once work has begun.

• Failed Payment Plans: you have 3 days to complete payment before a $100 USD penalty applies, and services may be paused. Two consecutive failures make the full balance due immediately, and all payments are non-refundable.
