Do I have to book before class? Yes, as spots are limited therefore booking is essential
What is your cancellation policy? 12 hour notice of cancellation is required before session starts - See how you can cancel your registration! If you cancel within 12 hours of your session, your payment will be taken. If you cancel within an hour of your session, it will be considered as a no show.
No shows: In cases of after 2 no shows, there will be a 50% extra charge of your session for the third time. This will be billed separately.
Do I get a refund if I didn't cancel my sessions? No refunds once the session starts or within 24 hours. If you have cancelled a single session 12 hours before, you can get a 100% refund.
Can I use a class pass instead? Yes, there is an option for using a class pass. Package ownership does not guarantee spots if class is booked.
